The times and heights of low and high tides for one week in both Fremantle and Sydney were converted to sound. Each location is represented by a different timbre. The height of the tide correlates with the timing of the sound and the corresponding time of the tide correlates with the musical note. Fremantle is played forwards, Sydney is played backwards.
